Our standard primary yearbook format is A5 landscape, soft back with perfect bound. If you would like to have something more special, we also offer A4 portrait in size, case bound, choice of gloss or matt lamination, leatherette cover with foiled logo.

1. Contact us, your adviser will talk you through the process, organise a suitable timeline and supply the resources you need to get started.

2. Choose your design style from our range of templates.

3. Choose your student profile questions from our examples or your own suggestions, speak to your adviser for advice on collecting them in as hard copies or online.

4. Collect the individual profile entries and photos.

5. Review the checklist for any other introduction, montage or feature pages..

6. Advertise the book (we can help you with this by supplying posters and a personalised presentation) and collect payment. Ask your adviser for assistance with this.

7. Submit your content to us, as discussed with your adviser.

8. We will design, print and bind your books (sending a digital proof copy for approval prior to production.)
